The landlord’s aspirations are to brighten the property up and complete minor repair works ready for let as soon as possible. Following just 11 days of refurbishment works, this property was advertised to let for £1,000 pcm!
Better yet, great tenants were sourced within 4 days following the refurbishment and total time between getting the keys on purchase completion and our tenants moving in to the property was just 19 days!
