Rent Management
With our rent management service, we take control of managing your rental income. We’ll collect rents on their due date, and make same day payment to you. If rents are overdue, we’ll immediately follow them up with the tenant(s) to get them back on track.
Further to this, we’ll review the rent your tenant is paying with you each year to ensure it remains in line with the market rate, and contact them to discuss; once agreed we’ll issue the relevant formal notices to make any necessary rent adjustments.
You can take a step back from any awkward rent conversations while we handle it for you, and allow you to manage the day-to-day – dealing with any maintenance queries and legal requirements.
