A Let Only service means we find and vet a tenant for your property, handle the tenancy setup, and then hand management over to you once the tenant has moved in.
What does your Let Only service include?
Our Let Only package includes marketing, viewings, tenant referencing, tenancy agreement setup, inventory, handling the deposit and move-in coordination.
How much does the Let Only service cost?
Our Let Only fee is a one-off charge of £595 payable once a suitable tenant is secured. We’ll collect the first months’ rent and 5 weeks’ rent as a deposit upfront, deduct our fee, and send the balance to you within 2 days of the tenant moving in.
Who collects the rent after the tenant moves in?
In a Let Only agreement, the landlord is responsible for rent collection and ongoing tenancy management after the tenant has moved in.
Can you help with deposit protection?
Yes. We provide full guidance to ensure you meet your legal obligations. We can also hold the deposit for you for the duration of the tenancy, on request.
What if I want ongoing management later?
No problem. You can upgrade to our Full Management or HMO Management service at any time if you decide you’d like us to take over the ongoing day-to-day.
