How it Works

  1. Get Your Property Ready
    Before marketing, ensure your EPC, Gas Safety, and EICR certificates are up to date. Don’t have them yet? We can arrange everything for you as part of our service.

  2. We Create Your Listing
    Our team visits to capture professional photos, write your listing, and set a competitive rental price based on the Manchester market.

  3. We Market Your Property
    Your property will appear on Rightmove, our own website, and across social media channels for maximum exposure.

  4. We Screen Tenant Enquiries
    Before passing leads to you, we confirm their employment status, annual income, credit history, and whether they have pets, smoke, or need a guarantor. We can even perform soft credit checks at this stage.

  5. You Conduct Viewings
    You’ll receive pre-qualified leads with names and contact details. Arrange viewings directly and choose your preferred tenant.

  6. We Handle Tenancy Setup
    Once you’ve chosen a tenant, we take the holding deposit, complete full referencing, draft and send tenancy contracts, collect the first month’s rent and deposit, and lodge the deposit in our protection scheme (or pass the deposit on to you to register in your own Deposit Protection Scheme).
